​November 30, 2021, project FINE2WORK international team from Latvia, Portugal, Bulgaria and Cyprus concluded 26 months’ work implementing project activities in four countries. The cooperation started in November 2019 in order to develop teaching materials and learning platform for strengthening adult financial, digital and entrepreneurial skills particularly for home-based adults, particularly women.

During these two years project team researched adult education situation, conducted survey in all project countries, developed the training material framework, teaching materials, online web platform and did pilot testing in partner countries as well as national promotion of project results.

The project implementation occurred during pandemic time, organizing only the first partner meeting onsite in Cyprus in January 2020, the rest of partner meetings and training were conducted online. Nevertheless, the project international team did a great work to achieve project aims and deliver the main outcome – useful in content and easy to access online platform and training content.

Adult educators and adults are welcome to join online platform https://academy.fine2work.eu/ in English, Latvian, Greek, Bulgarian, Portuguese languages to learn new knowledge and also help adults willing to start own business.
