On October 14, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., the Erasmus+ project EDUVIS results dissemination event will take place in Tukums, Talsu Street 4.

During the event, participants will be introduced to the project activities and results, a discussion will be held about supervision as a tool in educational work, as well as a survey of participants about the event. Participants are invited to arrive early to have a delicious coffee together with project experts from the Project Net association. At the end, participants are invited to a joint meal to discuss supervision experiences in an informal atmosphere. Supervision expert Valda Indriksone, a certified supervisor, master of management psychology and supervision, will share her experience on supervision methods at the event. Participants of the event will be introduced to supervision tools in everyday work in the field of education, practical recommendations and professional opinions, answering participants' questions.

Supervision is consultative support on issues related to work and professional activities. Increasing professional effectiveness is the main result of supervision, which may include addressing various issues: awareness of professional boundaries, finding alternatives for action in specific work situations, building relationships with colleagues, subordinates, clients, teamwork, work strategies, reducing stress factors and burnout, and many other issues that arise in everyday work.

During the EDUVIS project, three partners from Poland, Italy, and Latvia developed practical materials (teacher's book, video, research materials) in English, Latvian, Polish, and Italian. During the event, participants may be photographed and filmed for the purpose of project publicity, by participating in the event, participants agree to this and will be asked to sign a declaration of consent.
