is a Platform, Initiative and Network for smart innovative projects.

The R&I Think Tank Action is designed to enhance genuine global cooperation in education through capacity building and people-to-people contacts.
​THINK TANK ACTION FOCUSES ON THE FOLLOWING:
·       strategic development and institutionalization of the EDUCATION into international think tanks,
·       strengthen the voice of the civil society actors, including academic community, non-governmental organizations and the business community, as the key evidence-based knowledge providers and actors in dialogue on the common challenges and available solutions,
·       raise awareness of the EDUCATION, research-based information and policy briefs about the common challenges and available solutions on the jointly selected topics, future trends as well as outcomes of the collaboration.

The first result of this actions is SENIOR UNIVERSITY education initiative launched in Latvia in October 2019 based on global Third Age University Nerwork RUTIS experience. This is social innovation initiative in education.
